People often ask me about the secret of being rich. This is a good question. What I used to answer is the following: not essentially the lot of money is what you want, but you want to create a lifestyle, so that you can do what you want, when you want it, and where you want it. To reach that you don't need millions, because you'll eat it up to keep this lifestyle, but you need a passive income that can ensure this lifestyle. This passive income can be achieved only through investments. I focus on the three pillars of investment, that do the richest people of the world.
These three areas:
1. Property. I always build my property portfolio, because it makes me money while I'm asleep, and it doubles its worth in every 5-7 years, but if it would take 10-12 years, I'm happy with that.
2. Stock merket. My favourite investing method. I focus on creating a bigger and bigger portfolio, which ensures me a remarkable cashflow, and it takes very little time to deal with.
3. Business. You can build your business in many ways, in other words you can create a business portfolio so that it provides multiple streams of income. Focusing to your business portfolio may be the fastest way to boost all three investment areas.
